From the perspective of the employers, all unethical as well as illegal activities can be observed by electronic monitoring of employee performance. This can be an advantage for an organization operating business on a small-scale. The reputation of a small business enterprise can be at stake eventually leading to closing down of the organization because of unchecked illegal and/or unethical activities taking place in the organization.
